News : NPR Firefighters remove rubble following a Russian airstrike in the central city of Vinnytsia on Thursday that Ukrainian officials said killed more than 20 people and injured dozens more.

More than 20 people were killed when Russian missiles hit several buildings in Vinnytsia, a central city that has become a major logistical hub for humanitarian aid and military operations.
